Womens Powerhouse over Women’s Empowerment.
I often in the past believed that women need Empowerment or need to be Empowered.
I found that word quite powerful and it is indeed, no doubt!
BUT DO WOMEN REALLY NEED TO BE EMPOWERED?
It sounds like some external idea, thought, or advice when bestowed on women will eventually motivate and push them beyond the bars.
I AGREE TO DISAGREE
I too, waited for external motivation, some words of encouragement, believing ‘someone’ would come to rescue me from the turmoil that engulfed me slowly, like the pitiful me. That powerless me who was timid, scared, and confused. But unbeknownst to my own knowledge I had started gathering the pieces of my life puzzle together.
In the search for that external motivator, it dawned on me that I had slowly pushed myself through baby steps facing those hindrances with courage. There was fear and apprehension for sure but I embraced them. That is the beauty of courage. There was no external force but my own POWER WITHIN…When I turned back it struck me that no prince charming, sage or Goddess was at my rescue, an illusion that my mind had created over time and the false staunch faith that accompanied it. That illusion or precisely a delusion had defied my own real power to a much deeper extent. But here I was, way ahead of my thoughts and false ideologies. I had slowly ventured from the desert into the greener pastures with a backpack full of confidence, core uncompromised values, and a strong belief in myself.
This change in me prompted me to focus on the ‘Powerhouse Within Women ‘who are already empowered…Each one of you I say!
So ladies the Power lies Within…Within your Being…Your Power House is nothing but what is Within you. It is always there, and highly resourceful.
Tap into that power, it speaks to you constantly, and it whispers into your ears. Don’t turn deaf ears to a voice that will bring freedom, harmony, and peace.
Attune yourself to what is within and when you do that you will make the right choice.
The Power of Choice is the greatest Gift of all.
So Cherish, Nourish, and Nurture the Power!
